Welcome to BT Shoe Studio. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to protect the integrity of our business, our artwork, and your experience as a valued client.

1. Made-to-Order Artwork

All shoes sold through BT Shoe Studio are hand-painted, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind. Once your order is placed, production begins and your custom design is created exclusively for you. This means:

No returns, refunds, or exchanges

No cancellations once the design process begins

Each pair is final sale

If you have any questions about sizing, style, or design preferences, please reach out before ordering. We’re happy to help ensure everything is perfect from the start.

2. Ownership of Artwork

The physical shoes belong to you. The original artwork remains the intellectual property of BT Shoe Studio. You’re welcome to wear them, gift them, show them off—but not to resell or replicate the artwork without written permission.

We reserve the right to showcase photos or videos of the final product for portfolio or promotional use, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before production.

3. Timelines & Delivery

Each pair is created with care, and delivery timelines are estimates. Most orders are completed within 60–90 days of purchase, depending on complexity, season, and inventory availability. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

4. Customization Scope

All designs are created based on a collaborative conversation and creative brief. Once a concept is agreed upon and production begins, no major changes can be made. Minor updates or requests may be considered, but are not guaranteed once painting starts.

5. Respectful Use

This website and its content—including images, logos, copy, and artwork—are the property of BT Shoe Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without express written permission.

6. Liability

BT Shoe Studio is not liable for any damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of the shoes. These are hand-painted works of art on functional footwear—please treat them accordingly.

7. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the most recent version.
