Can I request a specific theme or idea?
Have you ever made the same design twice?
Never. Every pair is a one-of-one. No duplicates, ever.
If you see a design from the Shoe Showcase, we can work together to replicate the shoe in a way that makes it feel like you (no matter how big or small the adjustment is.)
Do you offer gift boxes or corporate gifting?
Yes. I’ve worked with individuals and brands to create premium gifting experiences. Reach out for bulk or VIP orders.
What’s the difference between ordering a shoe and a gift box?
Ordering a shoe means you already know the size (like 9W), style (like Nike Air Force 1), and design direction (like a graduation theme). This option is great if you’re ordering for yourself or someone you know well enough to answer all three.
A gift box is perfect when you want to give a custom shoe experience, but don’t know the recipient’s size, style, or design preferences. You choose the pricing tier (the BT Collector’s Edition is a solid go-to), and they receive a branded BT Gift Box that includes:
- a QR code to schedule their consultation
- a printed guide explaining the process
- all wrapped in a custom lace bow and luxury packaging
It’s everything they need to start designing their own one-of-a-kind pair—no guesswork required.

How do I place an order?

What if I buy the wrong tier for custom shoes?
Can I choose any shoe?
I mainly paint on Nike Air Force 1s, Dunks, and Air Maxes, but I’m open to other styles if they work well for artwork. Some shoes don’t take paint well.
Gift boxes cover base shoes up to a $120 value. If you choose to work on a shoe worth more, the recipient will cover the additional costs.
What size do I order?
Do you paint kids’ shoes?
Do I buy the shoes for you to customize?
Nope—I handle the shoe purchase. You just tell me your size and style.
How long does it take?
Standard orders take 60–90 days. Need it faster? A $200 rush option is available for select timelines.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
No. All custom shoes are final sale. I stand behind the quality of every piece, but due to the nature of custom art, I don’t accept returns.
Can I send you my own shoes?
Do men buy your shoes?
Yes , the majority of my clients are men (think sports, custom golf shoes, buy for their families, etc.)
Do you ship internationally?
Can I wash my shoes?
How should I clean them?
- Remove the laces, soak them in bleach + water + soap, then toss them in the wash.
- Use a damp cloth (with minimal soap) to gently wipe down the soles.
